  1. Step 1: Put 3 cups of water to boil

  6. Step 3: Add the onions, mix well and let cook for 5 – 7 minutes

  9. Step 4 (contd): mix well and cook until fragrant

  12. Step 5: Using a wooden skewer check the potatoes
  13. GUDDI’S COOKING TIP Potatoes should be soft yet firm when piereced
  14. Step 5 (contd) add the vegetables and cook for 2 – 3 minutes
  15. Step 6: Blend spice mix with 2 tbsp of water and make into a paste
  16. Step 6 (contd) Add it to the mixture, mix well and cook over Low/Medium heat until fragrant
  17. Step 7 Remove vegetables, drain, and set it aside
  18. Step 8 Turn the heat to Medium/High and add the vegetables
  19. Step 8 (contd) stir and mix

  21. Step 9: Reduce heat to a medium and add the cream
  22. Step 9 (contd): Stir and mix well
  23. Step 9 (contd) cover and let it cook for 5 minutes
  24. Step 9 (Contd) When done give it a quick stir
  25. Step 10 Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes, garnish with fresh cilantro and serve
