  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. Step 1: In a large bowl add the butternut squash
  3. Step 2: add the sweet potato
  4. Step 3: add the carrots
  5. Step 4: add the onions
  6. Step 5: add the garlic
  7. Step 6: add the ginger
  8. Step 7: add the jalapeño
  9. Step 8: add the spice blend
  10. Step 9: add the oil
  11. Step 10: mix well
  12. Step 11: spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 30 – 45 minutes
  13. Step 12: empty into a large bowl
  14. Step 13: add vegetable broth and stir it in
  15. Step 14: using an immersion stick blend into a smooth purée
