fresh garlic

plain yogurt
Greek yogurt is best

Guddi’s Tandoori blend
Instructions
Step 1: Score the chicken
Step 2: Add spice blend
Step 3: Add 1 tsp of salt
Step 4: Add 1 tsp of ginger
Step 5: Add 1/2 tbsp of garlic
Step 6: Add 1 tbsp of plain yogurt
Step 7: Add 2 tbsp of oil
Step 8: Mix well
Step 9: Cover and let marinate for 20 minutes
Step 10: Place on baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes
Step 11: Remove from oven. The juices must run clear with an internal temperature of 165°
Step 12: Cut into pieces, plate and enjoy
