Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Chicken any cut will do
- 1/2 tbsp fresh garlic minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger minced
- 1 tbsp plain yogurt Greek yogurt is best
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 packet Guddi's Tandoori blend

Instructions
- Step 1: Score the chicken

- Step 2: Add spice blend

- Step 3: Add 1 tsp of salt

- Step 4: Add 1 tsp of ginger

- Step 5: Add 1/2 tbsp of garlic

- Step 6: Add 1 tbsp of plain yogurt

- Step 7: Add 2 tbsp of oil

- Step 8: Mix well

- Step 9: Cover and let marinate for 20 minutes


- Step 10: Place on baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes

- Step 11: Remove from oven. The juices must run clear with an internal temperature of 165°

- Step 12: Cut into pieces, plate and enjoy
